Electronics

Factories sometimes cut corners to make more profit. It is more so in electronics because they consist of components that are manufactured by other vendors. You can find out a lot about the credibility of a factory by looking into its business history. Do they have long-term relationships with clients and vendors? How much do they invest in R&D? How much experience do they have in dealing with established brand names?

We check factories on their real manufacturing conditions rather than relying on mere certificates (ISO, RoSH, FCC, CE, UL, etc.). Talking to real people provides more insight into how much a factory values its own business. How do they work in a dust-free zone? Do they really use finger gloves? How do they package and separate materials from the environment? How does their production line handle static electricity? Does the factory outsource and how is quality maintained in the process? Does the factory let us use 3rd party inspectors to achieve AQL beyond your requirement?

A lot of details need to be clarified before you commit to a factory.
